- Conduct structured qualification conversations to assess business stage, revenue, growth goals and readiness
- Book qualified prospects into strategy calls that meet set criteria
- Set clear expectations to maximise show rates and close rates
- Follow up to reduce no shows and maintain pipeline health
- Maintain accurate CRM (HubSpot) records including notes, tags and next steps
