  • Strong experience in Customer Service, Mortgage Servicing, Compliance, or a related financial field
  • Reasonable understanding of mortgage industry regulations
  • Proficient in, and familiar with loan servicing / claim management databases and software / remediation processing tools

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively handle vulnerable customers.
