Strong experience in Customer Service, Mortgage Servicing, Compliance, or a related financial field
Reasonable understanding of mortgage industry regulations
Proficient in, and familiar with loan servicing / claim management databases and software / remediation processing tools
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively handle vulnerable customers.
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.

Communicate directly with borrowers to explain findings and/or discuss remediation options.
Process remediation payments and adjustments in loan servicing systems.
General customer service and First Point of Contact complaint management,
Undertake administrative tasks; processing activities such as debtor tracing, returned mail and workflow management.
Provide support and assistance in other areas of loan/remediation servicing as needed.
