- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis.
- 2+ years of progressive US accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and experience with tax returns.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft 365, Google Sheets/Docs, and other specified tools.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Maintain and update overall client books and reconcile accounts for accuracy.
- Analyze current accounting processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Assist with the preparation and planning of internal tax checklists and strategies as interested.
- Engage and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on client needs and solutions.
