- Knowledgeable in KPIs, SLAs, data analysis, and statistics.

- Skilled in time management with experience in platforms like Wrike, Asana, etc.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proven track record of taking responsibility.
- Passion for people and new technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Take part in new client integrations.
- Manage clients from diverse industries.
- Maintain constant communication with support teams and clients.
- Ensure support processes adhere to company/client standards.
- Assist clients in improving their customer support experience.
- Maintain security standards.
- Resolve client and consultant concerns proactively.
- Monitor service quality via QA platforms.
- Ensure team discipline and corporate culture.
- Generate and maintain internal product documentation.
- Assist with hiring and training Team Leads and consultants.
- Promote team member growth and development.
