Software Engineer - Industrial IoT

Proven track record of at least 3 years of professional software development using Go or C++ Experience working with RESTful APIs or asynchronous messaging protocols Experience with Containers (docker, kubernetes) Experience with Linux distributions Experience with Snap, debian, or RPM packaging Experience with Shell scripting Experience with CI/CD (Github Actions, Gitlab CI, etc) Experience with IoT frameworks and protocols Experience with Real-time applications Experience with AI/ML inference frameworks Experience with Hardware accelerators: GPU, NPU Bachelor’s or equivalent in Computer Science, STEM or similar degree

Develop and maintain open source IoT application packages Debug issues and produce high quality code Review code produced by upstream and/or other engineers Experiment with Ubuntu Core and showcase industry-grade IoT solutions Secure deployment of IoT platforms on Linux Build optimized AI solutions for local inferencing on Ubuntu
