Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Have 7–10 years of business development experience, preferably in IT infrastructure or the data center industry.
- Demonstrate a history of strong performance.
- Have a strong understanding of data centers, network closets, and IT closets.
- Know competitors and have existing relationships with channel partners and end customers.
- Have communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Be able to build and maintain strong client and partner relationships.
- Be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software, including Salesforce.
- Be prepared for travel of at least 50%.
Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and develop strategic channel partners to expand market reach and drive sales growth.
- Design and deliver training programs for channel partners and end users on PQS products and solutions.
- Build and nurture relationships with direct decision-makers at end-user organizations.
- Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
- Drive sales initiatives and expand the market footprint.
- Support existing clients and address their needs.
- Maintain accurate records of business development activities and provide reports to senior management.
- Maintain the client database via Salesforce and allocate time to meet monthly objectives.
