Requirements
- Have 3+ years of experience in real estate operations, property management, or investment operations.
- Have experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
- Have experience with AppFolio, Yardi, or similar platforms.
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Bring data analysis and KPI reporting skills.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in English.
- Be proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to take ownership.
Responsibilities
- Keep daily operations running smoothly across residential and commercial properties.
- Partner with property managers on leasing, maintenance, and tenant communications.
- Identify inefficiencies and improve processes.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly investor-ready reports.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, expense tracking, and cash flow.
- Create investor update packets with KPIs and portfolio performance summaries.
- Manage AppFolio, Yardi, or similar platforms and keep data accurate and organized.
- Maintain contracts, compliance files, and operational documentation.
- Oversee vendor relationships and ensure vendors meet agreed standards.
- Support leadership with scheduling, follow-ups, and task tracking.
