Job Details

Build with coding agents in day-to-day work and explain how you direct and check their output.
Use tests and risk-based review to verify work rather than relying on trust.
Have led substantial pieces of work end to end more than once.
Lead technical decisions by proposing approaches, setting out trade-offs and bringing the team along.
Have shared an agent-based way of working that your team uses, such as skills, guardrails or specs.
Have experience building distributed, highly available, high-throughput systems that keep data consistent.
Use tests as an integral part of building and to drive design.
Be comfortable working from client side to server side, with a lean towards backend.
Be comfortable pairing and collaborating throughout the day.
Be familiar with delivery pipelines, A/B testing and monitoring.
Work effectively with product managers and identify product decisions that coding agents might otherwise make by default.

Build, grow and maintain components of the Triptease stack.
Lead substantial pieces of work from start to finish.
Propose technical approaches, explain trade-offs and bring the team along in decisions.
Build with coding agents and share agent workflows, such as skills, guardrails or specs, with the team.
Use tests to guide design and verify software output.
Ship software and monitor its performance in production.
Work with product managers to identify product decisions that require human judgment.
Collaborate through pairing with a small, autonomous squad.
