Requirements
- Hold an MSc or PhD in mechanical engineering or a closely related engineering discipline, or have strong knowledge of applied mechanics and mechanical engineering fundamentals.
- Have experience developing analytical, computational, or simulation-based engineering solutions.
- Have practical proficiency with coding agents and experience using Python.
- Have experience solving and validating mechanical engineering problems and translating requirements into models.
- Be able to create or modify simulation geometry, meshes, materials, loads, contacts, constraints, and solver inputs.
Responsibilities
- Solve and validate mechanical engineering problems involving design, analysis, simulation, testing, or research and development.
- Translate physical systems and engineering requirements into analytical or computational models.
- Create or modify geometry, meshes, materials, loads, contacts, constraints, and solver inputs.
- Use Python and coding agents as part of a coding-heavy engineering workflow.
