Be a recent graduate (0–2 years) in Computer Science or a related engineering field, with a strong academic record.
Have at least 1 year of backend experience through a first full-time job or startup internship.
Have strong Python skills or experience with another backend language.
Know SQL and data modeling.
Have experience building and consuming REST APIs and working with webhooks.
Know how to run code in production, including Git, deployment, scheduling, testing, logging and debugging.
Have hands-on experience with AI coding tools and LLM APIs, such as Claude Code or the Claude API.
Have built and shipped a real feature, service, data pipeline or internal tool.
Be comfortable communicating remotely, especially in writing.
Fluent English, spoken and written.

Build pipelines that collect account and contact data from multiple sources and APIs, clean and score it, and sync it to the CRM.
Design the data model and central database connecting CRM, outreach and product data.
Integrate internal and third-party tools using REST APIs and webhooks.
Build internal services and tools where off-the-shelf tools fall short.
Develop signal detection, lead scoring, routing and alerts for sales representatives.
Build AI-powered tools and agents for research, proposals and CRM updates.
Deploy, schedule, monitor and maintain systems, including error handling, retries, rate limits, logging and alerts.
Investigate problems, identify root causes, ship fixes and document the systems.
