Requirements
- Bring deep expertise in agentic development, including multi-agent systems, ReAct loops, and self-correcting workflows.
- Have mastery of the Claude 3/3.5 family and its reasoning capabilities and long context windows.
- Have experience building AI-coding features that use LLMs to generate, refactor, and test code programmatically.
- Be proficient in at least one major backend language: Python, C#, or JavaScript/Node.js.
- Be able to design supporting infrastructure, including APIs, webhooks, and databases.
- Be comfortable building frontend components with React or Vue.
- Have extensive experience designing clean API interfaces that agents can call to perform actions.
- Have an intermediate-advanced level of English.
- Work within the CET time zone, within +/- 3 hours.
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy autonomous agents for end-to-end tasks, focusing on Claude-based coding agents.
- Build scalable application systems that integrate AI reasoning into core business logic.
- Refine system prompts and multi-shot examples to improve Claude's reasoning performance.
- Implement guardrails and validation layers to make agent outputs safe, predictable, and high-quality.
- Work with Product and UX teams to define how AI agents behave within the product interface.
