Requirements
- Be a recent graduate (0–2 years) in Computer Science or another engineering field with a strong academic record.
- Have 1+ years of experience through a first full-time job or internships in a startup environment.
- Have solid Python skills and hands-on experience with APIs and webhooks.
- Know how to run code in production, including version control with Git, scheduling, error and rate-limit handling, logging, and debugging.
- Understand how system components depend on each other and what may break when one part changes.
- Have hands-on experience with Claude, including Claude Code or the API; this is a must-have.
- Have built and shipped a real project, such as an automation, scraper, data pipeline, or internal tool, and be able to show it.
- Be comfortable working independently and communicating remotely, especially in writing.
- SQL, data modeling, CRM experience, GTM tools such as Clay, a data warehouse, or a cloud platform are nice to have.
Responsibilities
- Make the CRM the single source of truth for target accounts by modeling accounts, contacts, and buying committees.
- Build automated pipelines to collect data from multiple sources, deduplicate and score it, and write it back to the CRM.
- Build signal-based outbound, inbound scoring and routing, and alerts that identify which account a rep should contact and why.
- Build AI tools and agents to automate repetitive AE work, including research, proposals, and CRM updates.
- Design the central data layer and integrate new tools through APIs and webhooks.
- Maintain reliable GTM infrastructure, including scheduled jobs, error handling, monitoring, and alerts.
- Investigate problems, identify root causes, ship fixes, and document them.
