Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer.
- Bring experience in B2B SaaS or analytical products, preferably.
- Demonstrate strong product sense and the ability to understand product goals, business context, and user needs.
- Have hands-on experience designing data-heavy interfaces.
- Be comfortable owning small features end-to-end, from concept to release.
- Be proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
- Be able to communicate design decisions and rationale clearly to cross-functional teams.
- Be curious and analytical, with an interest in exploring data, testing assumptions, and iterating on solutions.
- Understand UX patterns for web and mobile products and have a keen eye for visual design.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end product experiences across the product ecosystem.
- Use analytics and research insights to inform design decisions and product evolution.
- Own product information architecture and connect it to user goals as the product grows.
- Drive design infrastructure and prototyping processes involving product and engineering teams.
- Advocate for a behavioural approach to design across product teams.
- Visualize complex data and create flows that help users understand information quickly.
- Design agentic flows that account for human-AI interaction patterns.
- Own small features from discovery and prototyping through handoff to engineers.
- Maintain and evolve the design system across products and platforms.
