Requirements
- Have senior-level product design experience and independently take tasks through to completion.
- Demonstrate strong visual skills in composition, typography, hierarchy, components, and design systems.
- Have hands-on experience with Figma.
- Design complex flows while accounting for states, platform constraints, and accessibility.
- Connect research and product priorities to design solutions and explain choices and trade-offs.
- Create working interface prototypes and review and fix the result.
- Work with development and QA through implementation review.
- Have hands-on experience with AI tools and agents.
- Independently gather context, build an agentic workflow, and deliver a high-quality result.
- Use tools for visual research, prototyping, and interface implementation.
- Review logic, visuals, and code, identify errors, and fix them.
- Show a specific case explaining personal work, delegated agent work, verification, and rework.
Responsibilities
- Break down tasks and set priorities with the product manager.
- Research user flows and visual approaches, and choose suitable solutions.
- Design interfaces, states, and adaptations for mobile apps and web.
- Create working prototypes and test interface behavior.
- Prepare development handoffs with mockups, components, states, and logic.
- Review implementations with developers and QA and address quality issues.
- Maintain the design system and improve the team's workflow.
