- Bring 4–6+ years of experience designing complex products or workflows.
- Apply systems thinking to design systems beyond individual screens.
- Treat user interactions and journeys as testable, optimizable hypotheses.
- Document decisions, trade-offs, and learnings transparently.
- Navigate complex system logic while moving quickly.
- B2B SaaS, enterprise tools, or compliance/fintech experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a modular design system for live implementations and Figma prototypes.
- Design onboarding journeys that adapt to modular, multi-step customer needs.
- Measure, test, and refine each step of the user experience with a conversion-focused mindset.
- Prototype ideas quickly and refine them using customer feedback.
- Collaborate with front-end and back-end teams to translate designs into production.
- Establish design foundations and standards that help the team scale.
