Requirements
- Business fluency in German, spoken and written.
- At least 2 years in a customer-facing, quota-carrying role such as renewals, customer success, account management, or sales.
- A record of consistent quota over-achievement.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build trust with executives, users, and internal teams.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Gainsight, Gong, or similar GTM tools.
- A bachelor's degree from a 4-year institution or equivalent practical experience.
- Ideal candidates have experience with routing, navigation, commercial trucking fleets, and logistics.
- An AI-first approach to using AI tooling to drive efficiency and outcomes is an advantage.
- Technical depth across a suite of products is an advantage; hardware-software integration is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Learn each customer's fleet and challenges, and advise on tailoring the Samsara platform to their needs.
- Manage a portfolio of 100+ named accounts using AI tooling to prioritize engagement and drive outcomes.
- Lead ROI and value conversations, negotiate terms, and close renewals while minimizing financial attrition.
- Explain technical issues to non-technical audiences and engage cross-functional partners to drive resolution.
- Conduct customer workshops to understand operations and recommend workflow changes.
- Work with Sales, Support, Deal Desk, Operations, and Product to solve problems and optimize customer experience and business outcomes.
- Explain the platform's capabilities to businesses across industries including field services, utilities, transportation, and school buses.
