Have 4+ years of full stack software development experience.
Have 3+ years of JavaScript/TypeScript experience.
Have 3+ years of Node.js experience.
Have hands-on experience building conversational agents with LangGraph.js, including multi-turn dialogue management and tool/function calling.
Have experience with debugging tools such as Datadog.
Have experience with relational databases.
Have experience with event-driven architecture.
Have a solid understanding of REST communication.
Bring strong time management, customer empathy, and attention to detail, with an emphasis on quality work.
Be comfortable learning new technologies and systems.

Design and implement features for the AI chatbot platform and contribute to its technical roadmap.
Build proof-of-concepts to validate chatbot capabilities, agent behaviors, and product ideas.
Use LangSmith to trace, debug, evaluate, and monitor LLM applications in development and production.
Work with other engineers to foster solid engineering principles and represent engineering values.
Demo new features to internal stakeholders at company-wide all-hands meetings.
Own projects from initial concept through release, emphasizing customer outcomes.
Adapt and pivot as technology changes.
Work with React, Redux, Node, JavaScript/TypeScript, Redis, Postgres, vector databases, and AWS cloud technologies.
