Requirements
- Have eight to twelve years of software engineering experience.
- Have experience shipping customer-facing web applications and substantial backend work.
- Bring founder or early-stage startup experience and a self-directed, adaptable approach.
- Be proficient with React, TypeScript, SQL, modern HTML, and CSS.
- Have hands-on Kubernetes experience.
- Be able to implement CI/CD pipelines.
- Be familiar with AI-assisted development, including planning and writing specifications for AI agents.
- Have experience with marketplaces, e-commerce, inventory, invoicing, or traditional business operations; product experience must extend beyond crypto-only products.
- Be comfortable supporting customers and collaborating during core hours of 11 AM to 4 PM Eastern Time.
- Familiarity with Go, Rust, Node.js, Bun, Temporal, or Kafka is relevant.
Responsibilities
- Architect and build backend services and frontend features for inventory, orders, requests for quotes, and invoicing.
- Plan and document features, use AI coding agents to accelerate development, and validate their output.
- Extend the platform with identity and business verification automation, messaging integrations, live chat, and AI-powered customer support.
- Deploy and maintain production systems, focusing on performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Participate in product discussions and team standups.
- Help resolve customer support requests and tickets.
