Requirements
- Have 4+ years of experience as a Product Designer on digital products, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Design complex workflows and systems while keeping experiences intuitive and usable.
- Apply product thinking and problem-solving to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
- Have experience working closely with Product Managers and Engineers in a squad model.
- Demonstrate high proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, and prototyping.
- Own a scope from discovery to delivery with growing autonomy.
- Communicate clearly and explain design decisions.
- Contribute to shared design standards and collective design excellence.
- Be fluent in English (US/UK) at B2 level or equivalent in French.
- Experience designing authoring tools, editors, or builder-style interfaces is a plus.
- Exposure to LMS platforms or enterprise standards such as SCORM or LTI is a plus.
- Experience or strong interest in AI-assisted or automation-driven product experiences is a plus.
- Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design principles is a plus.
- Experience contributing to or evolving a design system is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design and iterate on complex user flows related to content creation, collaboration, and AI-supported features.
- Conduct or support user research and use insights and data to inform design decisions.
- Deliver design solutions from discovery through handoff.
- Ensure usability and consistency across the role's scope in alignment with shared design standards.
- Own significant parts of the Authoring experience with increasing autonomy.
- Lead design discussions and workshops with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to design and collaboration processes within the squad.
- Participate in transversal initiatives such as the design system, accessibility, and shared UX patterns.
- Help shape the long-term Authoring experience vision with the Product Manager.
- Support and mentor more junior designers when relevant.
