Job Details

Bring extensive front-end engineering experience and the ability to adapt quickly to new programming languages, frameworks, and development tools.
Have strong hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, and their associated ecosystems.
Have designed, developed, or led large-scale shared platforms, design systems, component libraries, or developer experience initiatives.
Understand CI/CD, automated testing, test-driven development (TDD), and modern software delivery practices.
Be able to design secure, scalable, maintainable, and high-performing software systems, including distributed architectures.
Have experience influencing technical strategy, architectural decisions, and engineering roadmaps across teams and organizational functions.
Understand front-end performance optimization, accessibility standards, reusable component design, and software quality.
Combine strategic technical thinking with practical, hands-on engineering expertise and problem-solving.
Have experience coaching, mentoring, and developing engineers.
Have experience using AI-powered development tools and applying AI principles to engineering workflows and problem-solving.
Build trusted relationships across engineering, product, design, and infrastructure teams.

Lead the technical vision, architecture, and strategic direction of the front-end platform.
Develop and improve shared front-end foundations, including component libraries, design systems, reusable frameworks, and developer tooling.
Guide adoption and evolution of React, TypeScript, and associated development tools and frameworks.
Collaborate with engineering, product, design, and infrastructure teams to establish technical standards and deliver scalable solutions.
Identify technical gaps, architectural challenges, and opportunities affecting productivity, product quality, or platform performance.
Contribute to CI/CD strategy and delivery pipeline improvements.
Shape the roadmap for front-end performance, accessibility, maintainability, security, and developer experience.
Modernize legacy front-end pages and components using Harness Engineering principles and AI-enabled development approaches.
Promote automated testing, test-driven development, code quality, and maintainable system design.
Mentor engineers and balance long-term architectural planning with hands-on technical problem-solving.
