Requirements
- Have shipped and maintained a product used by real people and be able to show changes made after observing users.
- Write production React and TypeScript and be able to read, debug, and review code, including code written by AI tools.
- Have strong interaction and visual judgment for complex, data-heavy tools.
- Be comfortable integrating REST APIs, reasoning about data models, and making modest backend changes.
- Use AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex every day.
- Explain decisions clearly to engineers, product owners, and founders on live calls.
- Provide a portfolio or links to shipped work as part of the application.
- Work hours with 70-80% overlap with either San Francisco or Singapore time zones if remote.
Responsibilities
- Ship product features in Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind, and the listed frontend stack, integrating APIs and handling complex UX flows and their states.
- Design product interfaces directly in code, using Figma for exploration and brand work.
- Review PostHog session replays, use feature flags, talk with users and the customer-facing team, and improve shipped work.
- Work with backend engineers to shape screen data and make modest changes to Python services when needed.
- Extend the separate design systems for the products and maintain motion, responsiveness, accessibility, and copy.
- Improve agent-trace readability, evaluation-run comparisons, sign-up-to-run flows, and marketplace listing and offer experiences.
