Job Details

Have 3–6 years of experience in a combination of management consulting, technology investment banking, venture capital, and/or startup operations.
Demonstrate attention to detail, organization, proactiveness, and rigor.
Bring stakeholder management skills and written and verbal communication skills for working with senior leadership.
Have basic knowledge of SaaS financial and operational metrics, including revenue, margins, and burn.
Be able to read a financial report and form a view on business health.
Use data to inform business decisions.
Be able to learn quickly, work with startup ambiguity, and approach problem-solving proactively.
Bring curiosity and fluency with AI tools and experiment with ways they can improve work.
Be proficient with macOS.
Be comfortable working fully remotely using tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, and Zoom.

Manage the goal-setting process and monitor progress, identifying and addressing deviations with leadership.
Contribute to strategic planning by defining OKRs.
Research issues and develop recommendations to support leadership decision-making.
Experiment, analyze, and develop recommendations for better business decisions.
Ensure employees have access to timely information that supports decision-making and leadership clarity.
Plan and build content for company-wide All-hands and offsites.
Partner with leaders to support adoption of the company-wide operating system and continuous improvement.
Create processes that streamline knowledge sharing and best remote work practices.
Improve Notion as the company’s Single Source of Truth and help wherever the organization has a critical need.
