Requirements
- Have 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, primarily in ecommerce, fintech, payments, or AI-focused technology companies.
- Bring an active network across ecommerce, fintech, and AI engineering.
- Show a record of sourcing, approaching, and closing candidates who were not actively looking.
- Have experience recruiting AI and machine learning engineers and other senior technical talent.
- Have recruited across technical and non-technical roles, including senior and leadership positions.
- Have hands-on experience using AI tools in recruiting.
- Demonstrate sound judgment in assessing candidates and advising hiring managers.
- Communicate clearly and warmly in writing.
- Be able to use Lever ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter and perform recruiting administration, including generating job descriptions and rubrics.
- Be comfortable managing several searches with urgency and ambiguity in a fully remote team.
- Preferred: experience in high-risk payments, merchant services, or direct response ecommerce.
- Preferred: experience as an early recruiter at a scaling startup.
- Preferred: international hiring experience.
Responsibilities
- Find and engage passive talent through networks, referrals, communities, conferences, and direct search.
- Map talent across ecommerce platforms, payments and fintech companies, and AI labs and startups.
- Use AI tools to research, map markets, and source candidates.
- Run full-cycle searches, including intake with hiring managers.
- Assess candidates’ technical and domain depth before panel interviews.
- Build relationships with strong candidates and maintain pipelines for critical roles.
- Share compensation, competitor, and talent-trend intelligence with the team.
- Track pipeline health, conversion, and time to hire, and report progress.
- Represent Reign in candidate conversations and help communicate the company story through outreach, job posts, and social channels.
