Requirements
- Prior experience in high-volume recruiting, talent acquisition, sales, or the commercial trucking/transportation industry is a major plus.
- Commercial trucking experience such as CDL driving, dispatching, or freight management is a major plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a persuasive personality.
- Comfort using basic recruiting software (ATS), social media platforms, and phone systems.
- Strong organizational skills and the discipline to manage a remote work structure independently.
Responsibilities
- Source, contact, and screen prospective commercial truck drivers for open carrier positions.
- Guide driver candidates through the application, background check, and onboarding process.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified CDL driver leads using phone, email, text, and social media.
- Communicate carrier requirements, compensation packages, and lane specifications to candidates.
