- Have 5+ years of recruiting experience working with senior leaders in the SaaS/tech space.
- Be familiar with Greenhouse.
- Be familiar with LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Demonstrate exceptional administrative strength and the ability to navigate multiple documents and systems.
- Maintain accurate hiring documentation and candidate and hire data.
- Manage multiple roles, priorities, and deadlines with attention to detail.
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and embracing change and ambiguity.
- Be able to source and engage passive candidates.
Responsibilities
- Own the Greenhouse recruiting process end-to-end, managing roles from opening through close while ensuring process adherence.
- Source and engage active and passive candidates, using the team’s networks.
- Guide candidates through the end-to-end hiring process, generate offers, and transition new hires to the People Ops Specialist for onboarding.
- Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date hiring documentation and candidate and hire data.
- Provide timely, clear, and proactive updates to hiring managers and business stakeholders.
- Manage headcount reconciliation and oversee compensation alignment and equity.
- Coordinate and participate in internal interviews.
- Ensure recruitment projects meet their milestones and deliverables on time.
