Requirements

  • Have 5+ years of recruiting experience.
  • Have experience working with senior leaders in the SaaS/tech space.
  • Be familiar with Greenhouse.
  • Be familiar with LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Bring exceptional administrative strength and the ability to navigate multiple documents and systems.
  • Be able to follow structured, process-driven workflows.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail while managing multiple roles, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and embracing change and ambiguity.
  • Be able to provide timely, clear, proactive updates to hiring managers and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Greenhouse recruiting process end-to-end, managing roles from opening through close and ensuring process adherence.
  • Source and engage active and passive candidates, including through the team’s networks.
  • Guide candidates through the end-to-end hiring process, generate offers, and transition new hires to the People Ops Specialist for onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date hiring documentation and candidate and hire data for reporting, audits, and decision-making.
  • Provide timely, clear, and proactive updates to hiring managers and business stakeholders.
  • Manage headcount reconciliation, compensation alignment and equity, and internal interview coordination and participation.
  • Deliver recruitment projects on time and meet milestones and deliverables.
  • Manage multiple roles, priorities, and deadlines while anticipating workflow issues and preventing bottlenecks.
