Requirements
- Be available to work full-time hours with some weekend availability.
- Be fluent in English and have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Follow up persistently with renters and utility companies by phone, text, and email.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely.
- Be willing to complete a standard background check during onboarding.
- Be comfortable using and learning new technology and working across multiple applications and windows.
- Stay organized and track multiple tasks in a high-volume environment.
- Adapt to changing processes and utility options.
- Be available for the four-month contract, which may be renewed based on volume and performance.
- Use your own equipment as an independent contractor.
Responsibilities
- Assist renters with placing utility orders.
- Explain utility options to renters.
- Communicate with renters by phone, text, and email.
- Make outgoing calls to follow up with renters.
- Contact utility providers when needed.
- Assist with other activities supporting clients and the team as time allows.
