Job Details

Demonstrate strong spoken and written English communication skills.
Previous customer service, call center, housing support, maintenance coordination, or related experience is preferred.
Experience handling maintenance requests, housing locator inquiries, or open-line support is a strong advantage.
Demonstrate listening, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
Follow procedures, document information accurately, and escalate issues appropriately.
Work independently and maintain reliable attendance on a fixed assigned schedule.
Be available for any of the listed shift schedules and commit consistently to assigned hours and working days.
Provide a Windows 11 PC; Mac is not supported.
Have a minimum of 16 GB RAM, dual monitors, a webcam, and a wired USB headset.
Have an i5 processor or higher, fibre internet with a wired Ethernet connection, and a backup power solution.
Use Microsoft Teams / Office 365.

Handle customer interactions related to maintenance requests, housing locator services, and open-line support.
Listen to customer needs, ask relevant questions, and provide clear, professional assistance.
Gather and communicate accurate information to address housing or maintenance-related inquiries.
Document, route, and escalate requests according to established processes.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case information.
Communicate professionally with customers and other relevant parties.
Manage different types of inquiries while maintaining attention to detail and service quality.
Follow assigned workflows, schedules, and performance expectations.
