Requirements
- Bring 5+ years in pre-sales, solution consulting, technical/business analysis, or client-facing consulting on complex IT projects.
- Have experience shaping solutions before or at the start of engagements.
- Reason about system architecture, integrations (APIs/events), data models, and cloud-based systems.
- Be able to scope and structure ambiguous problems end-to-end, identify root causes, challenge assumptions, and surface requirements.
- Learn complex domains and systems quickly and translate them into decision-ready framing.
- Communicate and facilitate effectively with executive and technical stakeholders.
- Work credibly as a connector between Sales and Delivery.
- Be based in the United States.
- Be able to travel approximately 25% for client meetings.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales across discovery, solution shaping, technical validation, and proposal development.
- Lead technical discovery with client stakeholders, from executives and business owners to architects and engineers.
- Connect client goals and desired outcomes to solutions, and articulate business value and ROI.
- Shape solutions across cloud, integration-heavy architectures, data platforms, and AI/ML-enabled systems.
- Scope engagements by defining outcomes, boundaries, assumptions, risks, dependencies, and phased approaches.
- Translate business needs into system behavior, integrations, and data models for the Delivery team.
- Partner with Delivery on handoffs to preserve deal context, intent, and commitments.
- Support estimation, SOW and proposal development, solution defense, and planning.
- Facilitate workshops, solution reviews, and demos for clients.
