Requirements
- Have at least 3 years of account management, marketing, business development, or other relevant sales experience.
- Reside in the Los Angeles and Southern California region.
- Bring sales or account management experience; restaurant or hospitality industry experience is preferred.
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all organizational levels.
- Manage multiple account projects while maintaining attention to detail.
- Identify trends and opportunities from data.
- Be self-motivated and target-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Have knowledge of restaurant industry trends, challenges, and best practices.
- Work independently and collaboratively, and adapt to changing priorities.
Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing restaurant and non-commercial foodservice accounts.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase drink sales for existing accounts.
- Conduct regular customer check-ins and provide ongoing support.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Implement measures to reduce churn and retain accounts.
- Ensure timely delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations on account growth initiatives.
- Update clients on products and services and advise on menus to increase drink sales.
- Support installation and launch of the program and manage accounts across food service, enterprise, quick service, and small business.
