Requirements
- Have some accounting knowledge; entry-level candidates are welcome.
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Follow a structured, repeatable process and meet weekly deadlines.
- Be comfortable working with payroll data, tax filings, and reconciliations.
- Spectrum experience is preferred; willingness to learn is essential.
- Familiarity with certified payroll is a plus.
- Have excellent written and spoken English.
- Have a reliable internet connection and professional remote-work setup.
- Be available to work from 2:00 PM Arizona time onwards.
- Be able to start immediately.
Responsibilities
- Review and post employee timesheets each day.
- Finalize timesheets and check PTO, premiums, and certified payroll rates on Monday and Tuesday.
- Upload payroll and process payment on Wednesday.
- Complete payroll tax filings and certified payroll reports on Wednesday and Thursday.
- Perform benefit and 401(k) reconciliations.
- Complete balance sheet reconciliations related to payroll.
- Upload and post equipment entries.
