Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2+ years working in health plan enrollment preferred.
- Experience with Medicaid enrollment preferred.
- Native or bilingual English proficiency.
- Familiarity with Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox, and Salesforce.
- Willingness to use cloud-based communication software.
Responsibilities
- Complete health plan enrollment applications for group and individual submissions across Medicaid and Commercial payers.
- Communicate directly with providers to gather information for credentialing applications.
- Ensure applications meet health plan requirements and include all required information.
- Follow up on outstanding enrollments by phone, email, and portal to expedite approval.
- Monitor application progress and propose solutions to credentialing delays and rejections.
- Track application progress and follow-ups in Salesforce.
