Requirements
- Have proven experience in collections, accounts receivable, high-volume outbound calling, and payment recovery.
- Be comfortable making 100+ outbound calls per day.
- Have experience managing multiple overdue accounts simultaneously.
- Have experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM platform.
- Demonstrate objection-handling and negotiation skills.
- Have excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Maintain high attention to detail and accurate documentation.
- Have strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Be able to work independently in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Make 100+ outbound calls daily to customers with overdue accounts.
- Follow up by phone and email until payment is received or the account is resolved.
- Navigate gatekeepers, handle objections, and negotiate payment commitments.
- Investigate billing discrepancies and coordinate with internal departments to resolve collection issues.
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records, payment commitments, and account updates in Salesforce or a similar CRM.
- Track outstanding accounts and follow-up opportunities.
- Provide customers with updates on payment status and issue resolution.
- Report on collection activity and account status, and recommend process improvements.
