Requirements
- Have 7+ years of progressive experience in business systems, business process optimization or enterprise application management.
- Have experience leading, coaching or managing business analysts, systems administrators or similar roles.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field, or have equivalent practical experience.
- Bring deep hands-on Salesforce administrator or power-user experience, including Flows and data management.
- Have experience configuring and scaling Asana or similar work-management platforms.
- Understand integrations, APIs, data models, ETL and data synchronization between systems.
- Have practical experience rolling out commercial AI tools, building prompts, agents or workflows, and measuring impact.
- Have experience managing backlogs, prioritizing sprints and writing user stories in Jira.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills for explaining technical workflows in business language.
- Be able to manage executive expectations, competing requests and prioritization.
Responsibilities
- Own the configuration, roadmap and health of Salesforce and Asana as primary business platforms.
- Oversee integrations between Salesforce, Asana, NetSuite, HubSpot and DocuSign across Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations.
- Redesign workflows to improve efficiency, data quality and scalability.
- Partner with stakeholders to develop user stories, solution designs and business requirements.
- Manage business-systems intake, triage and Jira backlogs.
- Configure and build Salesforce Flows, Asana workflows and Gemini agents, and own user acceptance testing.
- Lead internal AI platform rollouts, end-user enablement, prompt templates and adoption.
- Design, test and deploy business-led AI agents and automated workflows; measure business outcomes and AI adoption.
- Lead and develop a team of two, manage vendors and licenses, and own the consolidated Business Systems and AI roadmap.
