Requirements
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Computational Mathematics, Statistics, Electrical Engineering with a focus on Computing, or a related field.
- Have advanced Python programming skills and experience developing and deploying production-ready AI solutions.
- Have strong knowledge of Machine Learning and Deep Learning techniques and their practical applications.
- Have advanced understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI technologies.
- Have hands-on experience designing, developing, and integrating LLMs, such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, or Mistral.
- Have practical experience with LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph.
- Have expertise in RAG architectures, including document retrieval, context optimization, and semantic search.
- Have experience with prompt engineering techniques for optimizing LLM performance and output quality.
- Know MLOps practices, including model deployment, monitoring, governance, and lifecycle management.
- Have experience developing and integrating APIs and microservices for scalable AI applications.
- Be familiar with vector databases and semantic search platforms such as Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, or Azure AI Search.
- Have experience with enterprise AI platforms such as Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI.
- Preferred: experience with contractual data extraction, contract analysis, legal document review, due diligence, litigation management, or legal workflow automation.
- Preferred: familiarity with compliance frameworks, risk management, regulatory requirements, LGPD, and data governance.
- Preferred certifications include Microsoft AI-102, DP-100, or AZ-305; AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty or Solutions Architect – Professional; or Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI solutions to automate legal processes.
- Architect and deploy LLM applications for analyzing, interpreting, summarizing, and generating legal documents.
- Build data extraction, classification, and consolidation solutions for contracts and other legal documentation.
- Develop automated due diligence applications to assess risks, evaluate compliance, and identify document inconsistencies.
- Create AI-powered solutions for litigation management, case analysis, procedural monitoring, and tracking legal obligations.
- Develop and optimize RAG architectures for context-aware queries across legal document repositories.
- Apply prompt engineering and LLM orchestration frameworks to improve AI-generated outputs.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications through APIs and microservices.
- Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Governance, and Technology teams to translate business needs into AI solutions.
- Implement MLOps practices and monitor and optimize AI applications in production.
