Requirements
- Demonstrate strong software engineering in Python or TypeScript, including shipping production code.
- Build with AI regularly and demonstrate very high AI fluency.
- Build agentic solutions using current frontier models.
- Have experience with MCP, retrieval, evaluations, and observability.
- Translate requirements from non-engineers and identify the need behind the request.
- Use judgment to assess where AI adds value and where it does not.
- Have experience building solutions adopted and continued in use by non-technical teams.
- Use AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code or Cursor daily.
- Own problems end to end, work with little direction, and be comfortable with ambiguity.
Responsibilities
- Build agents, automations, and apps for Product, Product Marketing, and Design.
- Move repetitive manual work into agents and automations.
- Give teams direct access to customer insight and the data behind it through the tools you build.
- Build agentic solutions that teams adopt and use in their work.
- Create reusable, maintained components so future builds can build on existing work.
- Turn rough ideas into working prototypes in hours.
- Ship same-day production fixes and improvements to shared agents.
- Work with Product, Product Marketing, Design, and Engineering across the product lifecycle from discovery through launch and adoption.
