Requirements
- Bring previous experience working in hospitality.
- Have a desire to build a career in hospitality tech sales.
- Be fluent in German and English.
- Live and be located in Barcelona, Spain, or Germany.
- Have AI Fluency Level 2 or equivalent hands-on experience using AI regularly in your workflow.
- Bring an outgoing, customer-oriented approach and an interest in technology for hospitality.
- Be comfortable talking with customers, partners, and colleagues across countries and organizational levels.
- Work in a structured, organized way and be able to take feedback and adapt quickly.
- Previous sales experience, ideally in outbound prospecting or another target-based role, is a plus.
- Familiarity with hospitality technology such as property management or booking systems is a plus.
- Experience working with colleagues across several countries is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Prospect hotels across DACH in German and English and book qualified meetings for SMB Account Executives.
- Track outreach, follow up consistently, and keep opportunities moving through the pipeline.
- Work with SMB Account Executives, including traveling about once a quarter for tradeshows, conferences, blitz days, and trainings.
- Share hoteliers' feedback internally to inform how Mews sells and what it builds.
- Use AI to research accounts, tailor outreach, and check generated content for accuracy.
