Requirements
- Bring 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience; fast-paced B2B SaaS or startup experience is preferred.
- Have experience recruiting for U.S. and LATAM-based roles across multiple functions and organizational levels.
- Understand U.S. hiring practices and employment regulations; familiarity with LATAM hiring practices is preferred.
- Have hands-on experience with ATS platforms such as Lever or Greenhouse.
- Have hands-on experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Build stakeholder trust, advise hiring managers, and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Use recruiting metrics to improve hiring outcomes.
- Support knowledge-sharing and continuous recruiting process improvements.
- Demonstrate ownership, adaptability, attention to detail, and comfort with ambiguity.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for U.S. and LATAM-based roles across business functions.
- Partner with hiring managers to translate role requirements into targeted sourcing strategies.
- Lead sourcing, outreach, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
- Provide a seamless, inclusive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Apply compliant hiring practices aligned with U.S. and LATAM employment regulations.
- Use talent-market insights, recruiting data, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve sourcing and pipeline efficiency.
- Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and support reporting on hiring metrics.
- Track and analyze pipeline performance to improve time-to-fill and conversion rates.
- Contribute to recruitment process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Support onboarding transitions with HR and business teams.
