Requirements
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Have at least 5 years of FP&A experience, including substantial financial modeling and advanced analytical techniques.
- Have experience in commercial or industrial construction industries.
- Have strong knowledge of financial systems such as Oracle or SAP.
- Have advanced Excel skills.
- Have experience with relevant business intelligence and data visualization tools.
- A master's degree or professional certification such as ACCA or CPA is preferred.
- Demonstrate analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities, with strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrate communication and influencing skills, including presenting financial insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Be able to manage multiple priorities and meet demanding deadlines.
- Be available to participate in interviews in person or virtually; video is required for virtual interviews.
Responsibilities
- Lead and improve financial models for annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term strategic planning.
- Deliver actionable financial insights and clear narratives to business partners and senior management.
- Conduct variance analyses, scenario planning, and profitability assessments.
- Identify financial risks and opportunities and recommend appropriate actions.
- Evaluate strategic projects and commercial initiatives.
- Ensure monthly financial results are accurate and complete.
- Prepare revenue forecasts, backlog analyses, and utilization metrics.
- Improve financial templates and automate data consolidation to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy.
- Recommend enhancements to financial systems, processes, and workflows.
- Conduct internal audit checks to assess financial accuracy, identify process improvements, and support risk analysis.
