Requirements
- Experience managing complex software implementations.
- Experience supporting enterprise or multi-site customers is preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership, relationship-building and communication skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive project outcomes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to self-manage, prioritize competing demands and deliver quality outcomes.
- Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and ways of working, including leveraging AI and emerging tools.
- Healthcare technology experience, including EHR, EMR or Pharmacy solutions, is an asset.
- PointClickCare experience is an asset.
- Understanding of systems design is an asset.
- PMP or PRINCE2 designation is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Understand customers’ business and technical needs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders throughout each project.
- Lead project kick-off meetings with customers and delivery resources.
- Define project scope and develop plans covering goals, outcomes, deliverables, timelines and resources.
- Manage multiple software implementations, including budgets, resources, communications, schedules and deliverables.
- Coordinate implementation activities across enterprise stakeholders, locations and internal teams.
- Provide leadership and support to the implementation team and review its deliverables.
- Monitor and report project progress, challenges and recommended solutions.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues and dependencies, escalating concerns as appropriate.
- Support customer implementation and adoption of PointClickCare solutions through transition to ongoing support.
