Requirements
- Have 1+ years of customer-facing experience in training, onboarding, service, or support.
- Demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills.
- Be able to command a room and adapt to different audiences.
- Be tech-savvy and able to learn new systems and tools quickly.
- Build trust quickly in fast-paced environments.
- Live near a major airport.
- Be willing to travel approximately 3 weeks per month across the U.S. and Canada.
- Experience with SaaS, automotive, or phone systems is a plus.
- Field-based training, deployment, or customer onboarding experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with dealership operations or service department workflows is a plus.
- Experience supporting product go-lives or rollouts in a high-growth environment is a plus.
- Comfort using AI tools to streamline training, documentation, or workflows is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead onsite go-lives and ensure smooth, successful launches.
- Train dealership staff across roles through clear, hands-on sessions.
- Partner with dealership leaders to highlight Numa’s long-term business value.
- Document launch outcomes and transition accounts to the Performance Architect team.
- Share field insights with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to improve onboarding and customer experience.
- Travel onsite to dealerships regularly to drive engagement and adoption.
