Requirements
- Have 6+ years of experience in life sciences recruiting, RPO, or talent consulting.
- Bring a significant business development track record and achievement of annual revenue goals exceeding $1 million.
- Demonstrate an ability to win complex talent solutions engagements within the life sciences industry.
- Have an established, senior-level network across biotech, pharmaceutical, or medical device organizations.
- Demonstrate executive presence and the ability to act as a credible, consultative partner to C-suite and HR leaders.
- Have experience in a matrixed, cross-functional enterprise environment.
- Be able to travel up to 30%.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute talent solution designs to secure new partnerships across biotech, pharmaceutical, and medical device sectors.
- Own client solutions for key accounts and build relationships with executive leaders.
- Lead the sales process from initial discovery and solution design through pricing, proposals, and deal close.
- Advise clients using life sciences industry knowledge and anticipate their needs.
- Partner with delivery teams to support execution.
- Connect integrated solutions across the broader Syneos Health organization for clients.
