Requirements
- Bring 8+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or management consulting.
- Have a proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion.
- Bring meticulous attention to detail and a strong bias for action.
- Use a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Analyze complex situations and make informed, actionable decisions.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Have presentation and interpersonal skills to communicate complex ideas to internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Build and nurture trusted relationships with existing partners as their primary point of contact.
- Develop and execute structured business plans or quarterly OKRs aligned with each partner’s goals.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities to improve business KPIs.
- Create growth opportunities with existing and potential partners.
- Negotiate mutually beneficial deals with partners.
- Provide partners and internal teams with regular analysis, insights, and updates.
- Triage operational and execution issues across partners and internal teams.
