Requirements
- Have real outbound calling or inside sales experience.
- Speak very strong English with a clear, neutral accent.
- Speak fluent Gujarati and be comfortable selling in Gujarati; this is strongly preferred.
- Be self-motivated and willing to be judged on results, including calls, follow-ups, sample boxes booked, and conversion rate.
- Learn new tools quickly and be comfortable taking on varied responsibilities.
- Be comfortable working Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm US Central, a night shift in India, on an ongoing basis.
- Have a reliable computer, internet connection, quiet space, headset, and webcam.
- Submit a video of 2 minutes or less answering why you would be the best fit; applications without a video will not be reviewed.
- Hospitality or wholesale experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Call hospitality businesses in English and Gujarati, making 50 to 100 calls a day.
- Use SOPs, AI, and other tools to build lead lists.
- Import lead lists into Zoho CRM and work them independently.
- Book sample boxes and follow up with prospects.
- Convert leads into customers.
- Log activity in Zoho CRM using Zoho Mail and RingCentral.
- Work toward converting 5 new accounts a month to finish probation and growing to 15 to 25 new accounts a month.
