Job Details

Have 3–5 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
Have hands-on Odoo ERP Accounting experience.
Have experience with accounts payable processes.
Have experience with accounts receivable processes.
Have experience performing account reconciliations.
Have strong data entry and recordkeeping skills.
Have working knowledge of general accounting principles.
Be proficient with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Be able to work independently in a remote environment.
Have strong organizational and time-management skills.
Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy.
An associate's or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
Experience in a small to mid-sized business, ERP implementations, process improvements, or cross-department operations is preferred.

Manage day-to-day accounting operations within Odoo ERP.
Maintain accounting records, journals, and reconciliations, and ensure accounting data integrity.
Process vendor invoices and payments, reconcile vendor statements, and resolve billing discrepancies.
Create customer invoices, apply payments and credits, monitor outstanding balances, and support collections.
Maintain general ledger records and perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations.
Assist with month-end and year-end financial close activities.
Enter financial transactions, maintain customer and vendor records, and generate accounting and financial reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support accounting-related projects and process improvements.
