Job Details

Have 5+ years of experience in procurement or purchasing.
Bring procurement or purchasing experience ideally within EPC or construction.
Demonstrate expertise in rental management and purchasing construction tools and equipment.
Be proficient in Microsoft Excel for data tracking, reporting, and cost analysis.
Have foundational knowledge of accounting principles for invoice processing and budget management.
Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
Work remotely with little to no supervision.
ERP software or procurement management systems experience is a nice-to-have; examples include SAP, Oracle, and NetSuite.
A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a nice-to-have.
Contract negotiation and vendor performance evaluation experience are nice-to-haves.
Experience collaborating with international vendors or managing global supply chains is a nice-to-have.

Oversee FF&E budgets and project specifications.
Source vendors, request quotes, and evaluate pricing and quality.
Generate, process, and track purchase orders.
Manage vendor acknowledgments and the invoice approval process.
Expedite critical orders and maintain an up-to-date expediting database.
Provide budget and forecast updates with the Director of Supply Chain Management.
Close out purchase orders and resolve invoice exceptions or discrepancies.
Coordinate delivery schedules to ensure materials arrive at project sites on time.
Maintain vendor cost analysis data and track procurement performance metrics.
Conduct market research on vendors, material sources, and supply chain trends.
