Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent in Life Sciences or a related field.
- Exposure to life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, clinical, laboratory, or regulated environments.
- Knowledge of data management, system implementation, validation, or software delivery practices.
- Willingness to travel based on project and business needs.
- Experience creating business requirements, user stories, process maps, workflows, test scripts, or training materials is preferred.
- Consulting or customer-facing experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with laboratory informatics platforms such as LIMS, ELN, SDMS, CDS, or related scientific software applications is preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC processes is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and business process reviews.
- Gather, document, analyze, and validate business, functional, and user requirements.
- Translate business needs into user stories, use cases, process flows, workflows, and supporting documentation.
- Support backlog refinement and prioritization, and identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and automation.
- Create and maintain requirements documents, user stories, process maps, decision logs, testing documentation, and training materials.
- Support software implementation and scientific platform launches across laboratory informatics and scientific data management systems.
- Participate in SDLC activities, including system testing, user acceptance testing, implementation, validation, and post-launch support.
- Troubleshoot and track system defects, enhancement requests, and implementation issues.
- Assist with organizational change management and user adoption initiatives.
- Collaborate with consultants, developers, project managers, product owners, and customer stakeholders.
