- Strong understanding of Salesforce platforms, functionalities, and business applications.
- Experience writing and managing user stories using Jira.
- Ability to gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements.
- Experience facilitating requirements reviews and acceptance processes with Product Owners.
- Business process mapping and documentation skills.
- Experience creating and maintaining user guides, product documentation, and functional specifications.
- Ability to bridge communication between business stakeholders and software development teams.
- Hands-on experience planning, coordinating, and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and document actionable user stories using Jira.
- Gather, analyze, and translate business needs into functional requirements.
- Facilitate requirements reviews with Product Owners to validate user stories.
- Align requirements and deliverables with business expectations and project objectives.
- Create and maintain user and product documentation.
- Map and document business processes, workflows, and dependencies.
- Act as the link between business stakeholders and technical development teams.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration to build shared understanding of project requirements.
- Plan, lead, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including preparation, execution, feedback collection, and validation.
