Job Details

Have strong expertise in EDI integration or API integration.
For EDI integration, know ANSI X12, EDIFACT, and XML standards and EDI documents including 810, 850, 855, and 856; have experience mapping, troubleshooting, and testing transactions with trading partners.
For API integration, know GET, POST, PATCH, and DELETE methods and have experience comparing JSON responses with relational databases.
Translate broad customer and business requirements into detailed technical and functional specifications, particularly for EDI integrations.
Have experience with ERP systems and integration processes; familiarity with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne is preferred.
Understand distribution business processes and the operational impact of technology issues.
Know Agile development methodologies, requirements hierarchies, and effective user-story writing.
Be familiar with software bug tracking, issue reporting, and quality assurance practices.
Have advanced Microsoft Office skills for preparing presentations, spreadsheets, and business documentation.
Have written and verbal communication skills and experience working with business customers, external partners, and application developers.
Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities and changing requirements.
Preferred: familiarity with cloud platforms, SaaS business applications, and Boomi EDI/B2B, MuleSoft, or Informatica.

Analyze business needs and recommend process and systems improvements with internal and external stakeholders.
Lead development of integrated business processes and coordinate IT projects with customers.
Gather and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
Create and maintain Agile lifecycle documentation, including requirements, user stories, process maps, project plans, mockups, specifications, and test cases.
Manage EDI, API, cXML, and other systems integration projects with customers and suppliers.
Coordinate EDI mapping, test data, troubleshooting, integration testing, and production deployment with trading partners.
Work with development, platform engineering, product management, support, and QA teams to address dependencies and improve processes.
Perform root cause analysis of technical and operational issues, recommend solutions, and escalate significant risks.
Manage customer change requests submitted through the Helpdesk and coordinate their progress.
Support Agile/Scrum work prioritization and collaborate on unit, regression, and integration testing.
